👩🍳 How to Cook:
For Everyday Dal:
1️⃣ Rinse 1 cup Mix Daal thoroughly and soak for 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Pressure cook with 3 cups water, turmeric, and salt for 3–4 whistles.
3️⃣ In a pan, heat ghee, add cumin, garlic, onions, and tomatoes.
4️⃣ Mix the tadka into the cooked dal. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
For Khichdi:
Cook with equal parts rice, a pinch of turmeric, and ghee for a light, nourishing meal.
